Out of these the C++ is core language which every programmer should learn. C++ has always been a backbone of every programming language.
Now that you have learnt this, I would like to suggest you to take a look at the database part as every real world project will always have a database component in it. To start off with, you can go ahead with learning MySQL along with PHP, then move to other database engines.
After you have a got a sound knowledge of the database, move to the practice area. Then finally you can go ahead with understanding the design patterns.
Design patterns is the base of all the big sized projects. They will help you a lot in understanding more about the code & effective implementations of data structures along with OOPS concept. Only when you are thorough with the design patterns, finally move ahead with getting knowledge of MVC/ Framework.
Let me know, if I can assist you more on this. I shall be always available to do so.
