for(i=0; i<16; i++){

and then hit return, I automatically get a right pointing curly brace on the next line. How
can I disable this option?
Thank you for the question. You can turn this off by doing the following:

1) Click Tools -> Options
2) Under "Editor Options", click "Code Insight"
3) Disable "Block Completion" by unchecking the box
