Ok, but your last instructions are different from the first
Here is how the macro will work
It goes through all rows in column A looking for the word "Past". When found, "highlight "Past" and cell below it (e.g. "6/5/12"), right click to insert cells and shift right, it will align the dates with the demand information in rows 37-39"
Then it looks for the word 'Ords', "highlight the two cells containing "Ords", right click to delete and shift cells left, it will align the last two rows of information with the others above.
