I'm trying to transfer data from word to excel. Basically, what I want to do is highlight (see picture) a column, cut the information, and past it into excel into different cells all at one time.....before I've been doing this one by one and since i have have over 75,000 stores this is probably going to take forever....Please if you could help that would be great!!!

well, I have over 75,000 stores to put into excel.. The file that I sent is just one of many. I just need an easier way of importing the data from word to excel by city.. Some I'll have to do one by one and others are listed by city in word of which i need to cut and paste (i.e 20 stores) and import to excel; by pasting...For instance, highlight ten new york stores in word then pasting them into excel in the format that is already listed.....not too sure if this can be done; it would save me hundreds of hours......Thanks,

hi, one word file contains data from one city or can contains data from different city?. The format in word is not standard. It is easier if we separate each data with enter or carriage return in word. Thank you

one file is excel and the other is word...hummm...i'm trying to describe this the best I can......scroll down until u see something like down below....or you can just cut and paste this info (down below) After this is copied or Cut I just need the data transfered to excel. instead of cutting and pasting one by one i need to do this as a group in different cells i.e 3 stores same city 3 different cells. That's pretty much about it. some of the format in word i have to redo; don't worry about this information.
