I don't understand the relevance of your last message. You said that you reset the router. What does it mean to you when you use the word "reset"?

When somebody tells me that they reset the router, that means that they factory reset the router, which means that you must connect to the default wireless network and password ***** are both printed on the side of the router. Is this what you did?

Thank you for your time and patience while I compiled the information below.

By default, you can use the network name and password ***** is printed on the wireless modem/router. If that doesn't work, it means that the default network name and password ***** changed. In that case, you may press and hold the reset button on the back of the modem/router with a pin or bent paperclip for 15 seconds. After that is complete, you may use the default network name and password ***** connect.

As a note, after you reset it, wait five minutes before you attempt to connect anything to it wireless.

I explained to you how to read factory reset the router. I did so one minute ago. Perhaps, it took a few moments for the message. Do you see the message now?

Yes, that is how it works. You will lose the connection until you reconnect to the default Network that is printed on the side of the router.

There are a whole variety of issues that would cause this problem. Every single issue that I can list to you right now would be resolved if you factory reset the router as I described 3 minutes ago.

You can do it the same way you did when you first set it up. I can walk you through that as well. Simply look at the label that is printed on the router and read what you see on the label. There will be a website on the label that you can go to on a device after you connect to the signal. On that website you can change the wireless network name and password.

I was made aware of the fact that you are using a Fiber connection until after the router was reset. You should simply, need to log into that router as you have done, click the Internet Setup option, and complete the setup. If that doesn't work, you may need to contact CenturyLink and ask them to set that up for you, which can be done over the phone.
