If there are no lights on the modem/router that means it is non-functional or it is not plugged in. Have you verified that it is plugged in securely into the wall?

Please read the question that I am asking you.

Are you using the wireless modem that your Internet service provider gave you or are you using a wireless router that is plugged into the Internet modem?

Are you using:
A) The wireless modem that your Internet provider gave you?
B) A wireless router that is plugged into the Internet modem?

The only way that I can securely connect to anything is if the internet is working.

Hello again friend,

I see that you have not responded to my request for the information that I asked for, earlier. Please, don't worry because I can still give you a general answer that should help.

By default, you can use the network name and password ***** is printed on the wireless modem/router. If that doesn't work, it means that the default network name and password ***** changed. In that case, you may press and hold the reset button on the back of the modem/router with a pin or bent paperclip for 15 seconds. After that is complete, you may use the default network name and password ***** connect.

As a note, after you reset it, wait five minutes before you attempt to connect anything to it wireless.
