My Nook keeps dropping the WiFi connection and when I try to connect is says there is an Authentication problem.

Hello again,

Thank you for your time and patience while I compiled the information below.

By default, you can use the network name and password ***** is printed on the wireless modem/router. If that doesn't work, it means that the default network name and password ***** changed. In that case, you may press and hold the reset button on the back of the modem/router with a pin or bent paperclip for 15 seconds. After that is complete, you may use the default network name and password ***** connect.

As a note, after you reset it, wait five minutes before you attempt to connect anything to it wireless.

I can only assume that you are referring to the automatic offers that are put up on the screen. I have no control over those offers. You may ignore them.
