I'm sorry you are having trouble with your internet. Please do the following to fix your issue. Unplug the power cord on the modem and the router. Leave off for about 3 minutes and then plug the modem back only. Let the modem boot up and make sure the internet light is lit up on the modem. After that plug the router in and let it boot up. After you see a network signal on your devices, try and connect to it to see if the internet has recovered.
