i don't know how to do that
Expert:  Shawn L replied 19 days ago.

Try connecting an ethernet cable from a computer directly into the router

Customer: replied 19 days ago.
ok just a moment
Customer: replied 19 days ago.
i don't think I have another ethernet cable to do that
Customer: replied 19 days ago.
right now the ethernet cable is connected to the router and my modem
Expert:  Shawn L replied 19 days ago.

If you could find one, you cloud get connected to the router and see if there is a Internet connection. If there is an internet connection then we just troubleshoot the wifi. No Internet connection means we have to troubleshoot if Internet is coming in.

Did you reach out to your ISP? Has there been any service disruptions in your area?
