Hello. I have an old one from 2013. My preloaded Amazon prime video app seems to have become unstable. I've checked everything else and replaced the router and improved the bandwidth; it's the only app that isn't working consistently.
JA: Are you able to connect using an ethernet cable?
Customer: I don't have an ethernet cable
JA: Which lights are colored and/or blinking on your router?
Customer: All are green although the wi fi one blinks a bit
