Then We can check the password ***** this.
Press the windows key + R and type in
ncpa.cpl
Press enter
Right click on the wireless connection and click on Status
Then click on wireless properties
Click on the Security Tab and then click on Show Characters and you can then see the wireless password ***** to use

That is the one I used

Remove the charger from the Kindle and hold the power button to off for 60 seconds.

Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the Kindle and connect.

Ok, we need to reset your Kindle, this will remove all content and return the Kindle to new.

To do this, go to menu, settings, menu, reset kindle

Once done, setup the kindle and tell me how it works please

remove the power to your wifi router, wait 2 minutes, connect the power and tell me please if it then works

It is the internal network adapter in the Kindle that has faulted, this now confirms it
