I am getting limited...

I am getting limited access to the internet or my home WiFi and an error notice that states Diagnostic Policy Service e is not running. My internal repair tools can’t fix it.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last change your Wi-Fi password?

I haven’t... I am hooking in thru my home router key

Technician's Assistant: Have you connected to this Wi-Fi network from a laptop or desktop (either Mac or PC) in the past?

Yes with a PC

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Network Expert to know before I connect you?

The machine was recently repaired. I am waiting for a new fan to arrive.

My incoming connection is strong. I am chatting with you on my iPad so I know it’s a good connection. Just don’t know what the Diagnostic Policy Service is or how to turn it on. Folks at the WiFi service think it’s a Mictsoft thing.
