I'm trying to get...

I'm trying to get my printer to print from my laptop with windows 10 on a wireless home network. It will print from my desktop and from my wife's laptop and IPad, but not from my dell inspiron. It will print from my dell when plugged in, but then I loose the wireless for the other computers

Technician's Assistant: How are you connecting to your Dell printer: wirelessly or by USB?

It is on a wirelss network, can you read?

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

3x yesterday, also talked with dell assist, and Microsoft anf they did a remote ubtil they just gave up

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
