No problem with the computer, but how do I set up a different WiFi connection? My Norton says mine has been compromised somehow.

Technician's Assistant: Are you able to connect using an ethernet cable?

Not sure. I have Mediacom cable and internet.

Technician's Assistant: Which lights are colored and/or blinking on your router?

I had to go through Medicom and then Norton to get the answers to my questions. There was some problem with my credit card payment with you. No idea why. In any case, I didn't get the answers I was looking for through you. I'd appreciate it if you would take any charges to me out of your system and credit back any charges in this matter. Thank you
