Good evening, why...

Good evening, why since the new extreme wireless modem system has been installed in my system has it been needed for me to reboot the modem every evening when I get home, just to fing out that my phone and internet service had shut off some thoughout the night before while was sleeping. which means that the next morning I had no idea that I had no phone or internet service to my home thoughout each day until I get back home later in the afternoon or very early evening. No benefit to to call messaging or voicdemnail or even e-mail for past week, Something seems quite wrong wouldn't you agree. And it was your people who installed the system!!!

Itisnt connected to my smart phone just to the landline

One full week, justrun the regular reset of the modem it comes right back and runs fine through the evening and sometime during the day while I am gone it just drops out
