How much is this costing me?

Im not sure about the cost, I only do the tech support, however it does not matter about the time it is a one time charge. I am sorry it is taking this long, all of the normal fixes are not working. That is why I keep rechecking, it makes me think I am overlooking something simple.

Spoke to manufacturer who advised reset
Try these steps please> disconnect the power cord and any other externally connected devices and usb cables, then Press and hold the power button down for 60 seconds. Then try powering on normally by pressing the power button for a couple of seconds.

Not amused when Visa card. Debited twice on 23/3 for secure remote assistance.I only. Had it once from you and you despite your best endeavours were unable to fix.
