Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far?

I disconnected then restart it and nothing works

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Network Expert to know before I connect you?

It has a light on that never had on before .is Says WPS.

On your Iphone please go to settings>WiFi and check if you are able to see your WiFi name

Okay, seems your router quit broadcasting the WiFi and that's the reason you are not able to go online in any one the devices.

We could try to reset and reconfigure the router.

It seems even after resetting the WiFi isn't broadcasting.

May I know whether comcast provided you with this router or did you purchase it separately?

Then you may probably have to contact them for a replacement stating that you have even tried resetting the router, but WiFi doesn't come up.

Am sorry it probably needs a replacement.
