Internet explorer has stopped working, stating that problem with webpage caused internet explorer to close. Keep getting the same message for three days.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update Internet Explorer?

I am not computer literate, so I don't understand what you mean

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Internet Explorer?

Went to internet options and deleted the temporary history.

I do need my driver update.

I said I don't have windows 10

go to start menu > search msconfig.exe and open it > go to boot tab > select safe and network
click ok and restart
