I have an hpenvy...

I have an hpenvy WiFi printer and I can’t print from my MacBook, iPhone or iPad because all of a sudden it doesn’t recognize my command. Have been dealing with this for weeks. Have had Best Buy here twice and have had a new modem installed and nothing works. Could the printer be dropping the signal and how do I fix this?

Technician's Assistant: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

It’s only a year old so I guess “never” and how do I go about doing this?

If you are on a MAC computer, Click this link

https://download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewer.dmg

A program called Teamviewer will start downloading to your computer (it does not open a webpage, a blank screen will show but the file is downloading to your computer).

Run the TeamviewerQS.exe download and it shows you an ID and Password.

Give me the ID and Password ***** please so I can connect

Do not close the program but leave it open else I will not be able to connect

Example:
