Do you assist support with the Arlo system?

Technician's Assistant: Is your Arlo connected to anything?

Well, that's the problem. I think the base station port to LAN is bad. It worked for a few minutes and now won't connect. I have tried different ports and a different LAN cable and the indicator is dark, not yellow. Even connected it directly to the modem.

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your NETGEAR system?

Reset button, reboot, etc.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Security Expert to know before I connect you?
