I just received an E-mail firmware update for my netgear wireless router and I don't understand how to complete it. Do you have a phone number for tech support

I use AOL thru COX

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

No, I got the mail, but I also have Trendmicro
