On a computer that is connected to the router, perform the steps below:
- Click the following link: http://192.168.0.1
Username: admin
Password: password
- Click the Wireless settings link

Your network name and password ***** listed on that page.

Using the network name and password ***** you obtained from the instructions above, reconnect to the wireless signal.

Were you able to do that and locate the correct password?

The network and password ***** sent I already have. Tried them again but didn’t connect to the wireless.

You entered the password ***** as you saw it on the page? For example, if the password ***** ***** uppercase, it needs to be entered as such.
