I am trying to activate...
I am trying to activate my Belkin 692 N150 wireless router to WIFI for my Chromecast 0074 streaming device, but having a very hard time using QR scanner app to bring up the necessary page to input the password ***** to activate the Chromecast streaming device, it just tells me no video found, can you Help Please ? Thank you, James

There appears to be no such message as 'no video found'. I presume it actually said, 'no device found,' or similarly.

Is your router a 5 GHz router? if so, that may prevent Chromecast from being recognized by it.

Is your computer's firewall allowing communication on the network to your Chromecast setup program or app? if not, you should allow that Chromecast setup app through your firewall, in the firewall's Programs settings.

Is your Chromecast connected to another WiFi network than yours? be careful of this detail... it will make the Chromecast device inaccessible.

When all else fails, reset the Chromecast device, by holding down the small black button below the USB port for 30 seconds or longer, continuously... then trying the setup process all over again.

If it fails after that, you may possibly have a defective Chromecast device, and need to return it as defective to the seller.
