Technician's Assistant: Who makes your router, and what device(s) are you connecting to it?

My router says it is a Netgear 42 modem and I am conected with xinfinity Comcast in Flint Michigan.

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far?

I tried to connect with Netgear and it asks for a Security key.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Network Expert to know before I connect you?

I also forgot my password, I thought it was Herrgott, but that did not too that to.need too change . So I
