I just installed my orbs tri band router 5b5 50...I think I did everything right but the wifi does not work. I have my old routers (3) plugged in...do I disconnect them to get the router and satellite to work?

Technician's Assistant: Are you able to connect using an ethernet cable?

My router is connected to the modem with the ethernet cable provided.

My name is David.

If this is a new installation then yes, I recommend you disconnect the old wireless routers so that they do not interfere with the wireless signal of the new router. Then power down the new router and power it up again. Then reboot your computer and test the wireless connection with your computer to see if you can now access the Internet through the new router.
