I just got a new modem with a new password ***** my printer does not recognize. I have tried it several times after checking to be sure it was the right password.

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far?

I have tried to type in the new password ***** the modem several times on the printer. It said it failed. I was told to contact you by Epson to check the password.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Network Expert to know before I connect you?

My printer disappeared from my computer when the new modem was installed.
