I have a netgear Movel WNDR3700v2 I purchased this on 02/12/20. my customer # is 20224319. the password ***** Have for this is 339CF334 but I cannot connect to it. Do I have the correct password

I just had comcast installed and the netgear connected to everyone I had it connected to before through
ATT. So I do not know why I can not get this to take the password ***** have used in the past

if you would have advised I would have to wait 24 hours I would never have given you my credit card. I expected better service than this!!!!!
