I switched from cable to apple to save $40 per month and now you want me to pay you.....While you are here why does it take 20 seconds to switch channels

I can get netflix and youtube on my TV but not regular shows...it has worked fine up until last night....I can see all shows on my computer

Can you please remove the power to the TV (so unplug it from the power socket) as well as century link box

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
