After large MSD upgrade...

After large MSD upgrade to V 10 cannot get on line to me Comcast modem wireless it sends my laptop into a blue screen says v 10 has found a problem is searching for fix resets my Lap top PC restart, restart will not run. I un plug the Comcast modem all good, cannot get on line.. My second laptop without V 10 upgrade works fine on the same Comcast modem??????

Top 3 are solid 4 blinking one of my other laptop in fine on modem i had Comcast reset i unpluged it 3 times to reset
