The problem I was having earlier this month has returned. I am not able to get connected to our WiFi....when all other devices in our home can connect. Can you look up my history from the last call? I was on the phone with a tech for 2.5 hours. I am using much data when on my phone because WiFi is not available to me.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Network Expert to know before I connect you?

No.....if they can check the history, it would probably save much time.
