Technician's Assistant: How are you connecting your game system to the router: wirelessly or by network cable?

Wireless, the connection was successful

Technician's Assistant: Are other devices (computer, phone, etc.) connecting to the router?

Of course, it isa house with a lot of equipment

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Game Expert to know before I connect you?

No, but no other devices have interference issues to connect to internet but this thing

Just turned it on to update after a few years not used, so this just happened today. Obviously you do not update software that often

Likely causes: Your Internet connection has slowed or was interrupted, or our servers could be busy.
