Technician's Assistant: When did you last change your Wi-Fi password?

Today, with the new modem

Technician's Assistant: Have you connected to this Wi-Fi network from a laptop or desktop (either Mac or PC) in the past?

Yes

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Network Expert to know before I connect you?

Just that a professional installed the modem. He didn't know how to get the access pts working though

One is EnGenius EAP600
There are two others in house. Running to check them too
We need them all on same address at end. They are still hanging on to old name of old modem

I have new wifi name and password. I'm using it now, just can't move about house because access points are on old (removed) modem info. I unplugged all and reset stuff, but don't know how to put in the new info for all the access points
