In trying to set up my tablet, to receive my email I got all screwed up with passwords and now nothing works

Its not the phone as much AS THE TABLET AND THE COMPUTER SEEING EYE TO EYE. i NIOW CANR LOG ON TO EITHER WITHOUT BEING TOLD THAGT i AM USING THE WRONG EMAIL AND THAT THE PASS WORDS HAVE ALL BVEEN CHnged
