My computer keeps kicking...

My computer keeps kicking me off my preferred connection and connecting with the xfinity site which slower - HELP!

Technician's Assistant: What Xfinity product do you have?

I don't know what you mean - where do I find that?

How do i talk to the tech?

Ok i keep being thrown out my preferred network & sent to my xfinity connect which I don't want. The I have flashing lights on my receiver 2.4 GHz & 5 GHz

Hello,
My name is David.
The issue you describe could be due to memory errors in the router/modem that provides your Internet access. To rule out your network devices as the cause power down the router/modem that provides your Internet access and unplug the power cord as well. Wait 3 minutes. Then plug in the power cord on the router/modem and power up the device. Wait for the router/modem to completely start up. Reboot your computer after the router/modem had completed start up and test to see if the issue is resolved.
