I changed my user name/password ***** Time Warner, and now when I try to use Google Chrome to access Netflix, the screen flashes my old T-W user name. How can I change the old user name I got from T-W and replace with the new one?

Technician's Assistant: What exactly are you having trouble accessing?

I wanted to access a Netflix documentary using Google Chrome, but can't connect because Google Chrome apparently only has my old T-W user name.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last change your Wi-Fi password?

2 days ago.

Technician's Assistant: Have you connected to this Wi-Fi network from a laptop or desktop (either Mac or PC) in the past?

Yes, through my Apple computer. Don't know any other way.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Network Expert to know before I connect you?

Not that I can think of.

I would like to see exactly the screens you're seeing because typically Google Chrome doesn't control Netflix. They are separate. We can do a secure remote connect so I can help you get through this.
