My tv was moved...

My tv was moved to another room. My new cable modem was activated thru Comcast website but I have no internet connection. Spoke with Arris tech & was told the coaxial cable was hooked up incorrectly. Is there a picture with the correct setup?

Technician's Assistant: Are you getting any error messages when you try to connect to Comcast?

I activated it with my phone because I have no internet. The internet I am using is borrowed from a friend. So, no error messages. Computer says I have no internet connection even though it says it is connected and took the security key.

Technician's Assistant: How is your internet connection? Have you tried unplugging your modem and router, then plugging them back in?

Yes. And I have restarted my computer.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

I have a maintenance agreement on my account. Is there a cost for this service?
