Will you please run a check on my computer? My internet seems to be really slow. I am having trouble getting my e-mail from AOL and I think I may have picked up a virus. I currently have the antivirus program recommended by Geek Squad on my computer.

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access AOL? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Directly from Outlook app. It is only my desktop computer I am having touble

I have spoken with Xfinity and they have just updated my modem. Other than that I called you.

No. My computer is running slow and this AM it wouldn't download a correct screen at a web site I entered so I just think it needs a checkup
