I can not print from my IPad as of today. Yesterday it worked however my husband was having issues and no wthe message I get is that there is no air print printers found.

The wireless network test results says: the WPA security passphrase configured on your HP printer does not match your wireless router setting. It says the solution is to run the wireless Setup Wizard to re-enter your wireless network WPA security passphrase.

Hi,
I'm sorry about the issue. What is the make / model of your Internet modem/router device?

On the printer's screen, what happens when you try the Wireless / signal icon > gear icon (settings) > Wireless setup wizard option? Is there any error or message?

Do also you have a laptop / wireless computer that is currently connected via wireless? If yes, does it have Windows xp, vista, or 7, 8, 10, or Mac?

Model of router is xfinity-arris/tg862. On printer screen went to Set Up, Network Set Up, Wireless Settings, Wireless Setup Wizard, Select network name. I did that then it ask me for password- I entered the long password ***** back of router for wireless. However it does not allow me to enter Capital letters. Then it ask to confirm setting. Network Name:, Security: WPA Passphrase, Wireless Passward: ********. Then it tried to connect. Authentication Problem: incorrect wireless (WPA) entered. Wireless network test results. The WPA security passphrase on your HP printer does not match your wireless printer. I don't know where to find the WPA security pass phrase. Husband has a wireless laptop, MAC system.

When you are entering the Wi-Fi / wireless (WPA) passphrase (password ***** key), there should be an a key label with the Up Arrow icon near the bottom left of the on-screen keyboard that you can tap on, then it will show the letters in uppercase. Please try and check.
