I want to access to my Linksys but it doesn't not work?

Technician's Assistant: How much experience do you have with this particular Linksys product?

Not much but i could have access several times in the past and I had no problem.

Technician's Assistant: What happened right before this popped up?

I can not have access to a web site that I use every day. I tried the resolution problem option from windows and after they process to find the problem, I have the message that there is no problem with the connexion. I can have access to many other web sites.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Also, I tried with my Ipad to access to the web site in question and i had a message from Chrome saying that my wi-fi connection was not secured and I had to change the type of security in my router to WPA2.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Network Expert to know before I connect you?

  • Open internet explorer
  • Click the wheel icon on top right
  • Select internet options
  • Under general Tab in browsing history select delete
  • A new window will appear
  • Check all except passwords
  • Select delete
