Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Here is my issue... I have SIP trunks coming in. I did a wireshark before the router and I see INVITES from the carrier. I then place wireshark behind the router and its a blank page. There is something inside the router that causes the traffic to go to sleep. However if I make a call out, then inbound traffic works. But if left dormant for about 4 minutes, the SIP traffic stops.
