hi is this service free?
JA: The Network Technicians require payment for their services. It's way less expensive on JustAnswer than face-to-face would cost.
Customer: and how much it is?
JA: Can you describe your network setup (devices and cables used)?
Customer: it is a mail issue, I use Thunderbird and I'm receiving this message: Sending of the message failed.
The message could not be sent because the connection to Outgoing server (SMTP) smtp.gmail.com timed out. Try again
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I try to send an email and it waits longre than ususal
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: changing the outgoing server port setup
