I have an Arris...

I have an Arris Modem 1670A which I use for my wireless printer. I also use it to connect wifi to my phone. The last time my printer wouldn't work I had a guy come out and fix it however it appears he also changed my password ***** now that I have a new I phone I can't connect to wifi because my old password ***** longer works. How do I find out what the new password *****?

Technician's Assistant: Have you tried unplugging your router for about ten seconds? And what about other devices? Do they have connectivity?

Yes still doesn't connect. Printer works fine

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?
