I had to reset and now I need to have a new user name and password ***** cannot get back into the system
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: two days ago
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It was not accepting my original set up
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: setting new user name and password ***** I was not able to get back in to do that

I reset back to the factory setting on the router
