JA: Can you describe your network setup (devices and cables used)?
Customer: network frontier net Iphone and i pad
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: loss of power
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: only have extender for one week dont no what to do can I go back to factory reset
