Customer: This is a new ereader, but I already have an account for the previous one. Its been a while since I have reset username and password.
JA: What happened right before this popped up?

Tap Settings.
Tap WiFi. Wait a moment as your Nook detects the WiFi networks in range.
Tap the name of your wifi from the list of available networks (SSIDs). If it does not ask for password ***** forget.
