We changed our internet/cable provider yesterday. NOw our Pentair phone app doesnt work. Can you help me reset?

Technician's Assistant: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?

It stoppe yesterday. Consequently I believe it is related to changing internet providers

We have tried disconnecting the controller, unplugging it, unplugging the modem and then reconnecting all. No change. Our controller # is F4-B3-AA
