Anything connected to the router via network cable? or all devices are wireless?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
All wireless , I do not want to give secure access, hit tab by mistake
Expert:  UranNet replied 2 months ago.

its ok, I wont accept the connection so you wont get charged.

you can just reset the router by pressing and holding reset button for 10 seconds. then observe the Power LED on the router while pressing the button. It should blink or flash as an indication that the router is resetting properly.

Unplug the router from the power outlet for 30 seconds. Plug it back and wait for the Power LED to be solid.

Once you have successfully reset your router, you will need to reconfigure the network settings
