JA: Is there a particular streaming service you're trying to connect to (e.g. Netflix or YouTube)?
Customer: no just trying to get internet
JA: How is your internet connection? Have you tried unplugging your modem and router, then plugging them back in?
Customer: I am in rv park and going off their Wi-Fi adress

What type of wireless security is the router using?

Have you tried restarting the router and the tablet?

Can the tablet connect to other wifi networks ok?
