My Epson WF-2540 is no longer connected by wifi to my computer pad Windows 10. How can I get it back onllne?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: Windows 10. Epson WF-2540
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I had had a total reset of computer
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: With windows 10 you cant bring up a list of icon represented computers (previousdluy just clicked the one you want online). I see a list of computers when I go to print but my Epson is shown as offline - theres no way to put it Online!
JA: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?

Just to start off, is your printer connected with a usb cable or wirelessly ? (to be more specific did you at any point plug a usb cable into it ?)
