my MFC 7365dn has network status as inactive, both on the device and on the router admin screen i restarted it seveal times hooked and un hooked the CAT5 cable still no luck its like the NIC went south
JA: Who makes your router?
Customer: Verizon I tested the ports on that and the cables
JA: What have you tried so far?
Customer: Switching cables and ports on the router plugging a laptop in place of the printer to verify the IP on that cable resting the network settings on the printer
JA: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: not tha t can tkink of only i ruled out the cablews and router
